Over the past two months, both of our offices, including the teams within them, have experienced a major shift: we’ve moved! Our brand-new spaces are not only modern and chic but come with a splash of pizzazz that reflects who we are.
But what does this mean for the company and our people?
Chatting with our Bristol team (and based on my own experience!), the feedback on the new office, The Quorum, has been overwhelmingly positive. The space boasts a spacious conference room, a fully equipped gym (which many of our agents are already taking full advantage of), and an overall modern aesthetic that truly embodies Woven’s everyday evolving identity.
However, it’s more than just a change of scenery. Throughout the move, employees have gone above and beyond, not only supporting the business but also supporting one another during the transition. As a result, the move has brought the entire team closer together and created opportunities for people to connect with colleagues they may not have had the chance to interact with before.
As a proud Bristol employee, I’ll admit: this one stings a little! The new office in Ipswich takes things up a notch, with a generous amount of space and dedicated rooms for specific teams like ETV and Molton Brown. These team-focused spaces allow agents to stay productive and focused while working in a comfortable, familiar environment that feels like their own.
Not forgetting, the pristine, separate break room now offers employees a bigger and brighter space to unwind. With the office operating 24/7, just like Bristol’s, having a dedicated area to relax during breaks is essential, and this space provides exactly that. Ultimately, the new office is bigger, better, and brighter, aiming to be the ideal work environment where agents can feel both inspired and comfortable.
Whether you’re team Bristol or team Ipswich, there’s no denying it: these new spaces represent a bold step forward for Woven.
